Vector Guarantee Program
Guaranteed Payments for Student Housing Owners
As a leader in off-campus student housing short-term rentals and revenue-share partnerships, we created Vector Guarantees to give student housing owners and long-term management clients a new option: guaranteed monthly payments instead of variable revenue.
The program is simple. You tell us which units are available, we generate a rent guarantee offer within 48 hours, and once you sign, we handle everything from furnishing to guest checkout. You collect a fixed monthly check regardless of occupancy.
Guaranteed income from vacant units
Revenue from day one, not day maybe. Your units earn while we handle operations.
Quick activation, immediate returns
Most properties are operational within weeks of signing. No long lead times.
Rent guarantee offers within 48 hours
Send your property address and unit mix. We'll have a custom projection back to you fast.
Four Steps to Guaranteed Rent
Send us your property address and unit mix. We'll generate a rent guarantee offer within 48 hours, no obligation.
We handle furnishing, photography, listing creation, and compliance setup.
Your units go live on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and our direct booking platform.
Revenue flows monthly. You get full reporting, transparency, and consistent income.
