Would stay again! Loved the feature of each getting our own bathrooms. Getting the keys takes a moment to figure out and how to access the building and how to open the room door but once you do it once it makes perfect sense. They provide great instructions but just user error.
The apt worked well for our group, and it was great that all 3 rooms had their own bathroom. The location is great, it's right downtown within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The host was also quick to respond to messages. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by a few issues. There was a 4th bedroom in the unit that was locked/unusable, and at 5am the smoke alarm inside that room began chirping due to a low battery. The noise woke everyone up and continued for hours. Since we couldn't access the room ourselves, I had to coordinate with building maintenance to unlock it and replace the batteries. This was very inconvenient, and I was disappointed that the host did not meaningfully acknowledge the disruption, apologize, or offer any sort of compensation. The response was essentially thanks for the update glad you could figure it out with maintenance. The unit also had an unusual smell, and noise from the street and neighboring units was loud. Overall our stay was good.
