The guest who books the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and is considered the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund.

For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. Routine maintenance or inspections may take place during your stay. In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation.
Lockouts & Key Policy:
Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances.
Unreturned, Lost, or Damaged keys will be charged, as below:

Ok stay. Personally not my standard. I didn’t appreciate the multiple key entry’s in building. Overall didn’t feel comfortable. Bnb had no personal touches. Very generic but ultimately did the job. Kitchen and bathroom were clean.
Good location access to downtown clubs/restaurants
Excellent place to stay. My team stayed here last week for the whole week while on contract work and they host was extremely responsive and helpful. The place was easy to find. If on a contract in the area, we will stay again.
