The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund. For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. Our group of moms and teen daughters loved this townhouse. It was beautiful and modern. The rooftop was spacious and lovely as well. Everything was super clean. Easy to get to. The location was fabulous as promised - close to Hillsboro Village, Belmont University and 12th South. We are local and will definitely stay here again!
