This property offers self-check-in. For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. This must be completed and approved before check-in instructions will be released.

For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation.

Lockouts & Key Policy:
Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances.

The unit was clean and aesthetically appealing.

We loved the apartment. It looked just like the pictures. The area was safe and quiet and there are lots of restaurants to walk too. The only problem we had was the window at night. The street light shines inside which makes the room bright at night. So needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. I suggest a blind to pull down at night. I would book again if the night light issue is resolved.

Easy check-in, although the unit wasn't ready til 6pm. Host communicated well, so I would stay here again. Well lit and secure, located downtown so close to plenty of restaurants. Limited parking.
