Guest Requirements & Screening:
The guest who books the reservation must be at least 23 years of age and is considered the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund.
This property offers self-check-in. For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. This must be completed and approved before check-in instructions will be released.
An email with instructions to complete the verification will be sent shortly after booking. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Failure to complete and/or pass the verification process—including meeting age and background requirements—will result in ineligibility to stay at the property. Great spot, very roomy downstairs with a great kitchen. Beds were super comfortable. We loved the area as well. There are several really great bars in like a 5 minute drive.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home is exactly how the pictures shows. The surrounding area is very peaceful, and beautiful. The home was very spacious and enough room for everyone. We all felt safe and right at home. Vector’s a VERY great host, he’s very responsive and very friendly he’s caring and made sure we got checked in safe and sound. Definitely will stay again !
Perfect place to stay for our family. Was quite peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space. Having easy access to Shelby park was a great perk!
