Guest Requirements & Screening: The guest who books the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and is considered the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund. This property offers self-check-in. For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. This must be completed and approved before check-in instructions will be released. An email with instructions to complete the verification will be sent shortly after booking. Failure to complete and/or pass the verification process—including meeting age and background requirements—will result in ineligibility to stay at the property. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund. All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times. Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. Community Amenities: Community amenities such as the pool, gym, and other shared spaces may occasionally be closed due to maintenance, weather conditions, or local ordinances beyond our control. While we do not manage other units, we strive to maintain a respectful and quiet environment for all guests. A comfortable, modern, and clean apartment in a great location. The building also has a really nice gym, which was a huge plus!

Bare essentials in unit. 90% of kitchen cupboards are bare. Zero condiments. No cutting board. No lamps in living room. No extra towels. Great building with lots of amenities including sauna & gym. Some basic attention to unit would go a long way. Booking process was annoying and felt invasive. No house instructions when it is sorely needed - esp for a complicated modern building with only two rental units.
