Access is not guaranteed and may be limited or unavailable due to maintenance, scheduling, or other factors. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or service interruptions that may occur during your stay.
Guest Requirements & Screening:
The guest who books the reservation must be at least 23 years of age and is considered the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund.

-All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
-Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances.
-Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.
-Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.
-No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added décor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout.
-Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and our check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
-AC Requirement: The AC must be set to 70°F or higher at all times. Setting it lower can cause the system to freeze and stop working. The AC unit in the garage must be turned off when not in use.
