Our suite is part of a recently renovated historic apartment building in Midtown, the heart of Atlanta’s core premier travel neighborhood providing guests with additional amenities and entertainment options. The check-in process is a virtual self check-in process.

With an impressive Walk Score of 92, our property is nestled in Atlanta’s most walkable neighborhood and offers immediate access to dozens of neighborhood services and amenities. The building offers prime access to the I-75/85 onramp and is located blocks away from Midtown's central MARTA station. Midtown also features Atlanta’s most developed bike lane systems along with abundant bicycle and electric scooter sharing options for every commuters’ needs. It’s also a stone’s throw from the newly developed and immensely popular Beltline! Although this property does not include parking, there are multiple parking garages immediately surrounding the property.

Amenities Use:
All listed and shared amenities are available for guest use at your own risk. Access is not guaranteed and may be limited or unavailable due to building maintenance, scheduling, or other factors. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or service interruptions that may occur during your stay.

Guest Requirements & Screening:
The guest who books the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and is considered the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund.
This property offers self-check-in. For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. This must be completed and approved before check-in instructions will be released.

An email with instructions to complete the verification will be sent shortly after booking. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Failure to complete and/or pass the verification process—including meeting age and background requirements—will result in ineligibility to stay at the property. Security Deposit & Violations:
A $250 pre-check-in security deposit may be required to cover incidentals or damages. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided no violations or issues occur. A minimum fee of $250 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including but not limited to unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations from local guests (based on ID, address, or other verification metrics) as part of our anti-party and security measures.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property.
Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.
All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances.
Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.
Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.

It gets noisy when you’re above bars and clubs, but it’s not so noisy that you can’t enjoy the space. But if you’re a light sleeper, I’d caution you.
